Sunday morning breakfast for informal discussions about AMSAT and the AMSAT Ambassador program. Everyone is welcome!
Symposium Banquet – $55.00

Symposium Registration – $75.00
Registration for the AMSAT Symposium, includes admittance to all sessions, the Friday Night Social & Auction, and a digital copy of the Symposium Proceedings.
Symposium Registration & Banquet – $130.00
Admittance to the Symposium Sessions, Friday Night Social & Auction, and the Saturday Night Banquet. Includes a digital copy of the Symposium Proceedings.

The 41st Annual AMSAT Space Symposium and Annual General Meeting will be held on Friday through Saturday, October 20-21, 2023, in Irving, Texas.

Highlights of all scheduled events include:

Friday Night Social and Auction, October 20
AMSAT Banquet and Reception, October 21
AMSAT Member Breakfast, October 22

Note - if you wish to register guests for the banquet and/or breakfast who are not attending the Symposium sessions, you must register for each event separately and include your guests with your banquet and breakfast tickets.

IMPORTANT: The deadline for Symposium registrations if you want to include the Saturday evening banquet or Sunday breakfast is Friday, October 13th. Meals cannot be ordered after that date.

Hotel Reservations

The rate for a standard room with two Queen beds is $137.00 plus state and local taxes of 15%. Rooms may be available for check-in on Wednesday, October 18 and check out Sunday, October 22.

The deadline for the guaranteed group rate has passed but you can call the hotel at 972-929-8400 then press #1. Request “Rodriguez” Reservation Coordinator and ask for rate RADIO AMATEUR SATELLITE. A room at that rate might still be available depending on availability.
